Once an order is made on the website, the system automatically and instantly checks if the customer submitted all the necessary information: name, address of delivery, payment & shipping methods. If all is set, the customer gets an email, informing him/her that the order is well received. Return, Refun and Privacy?


Returned items will be given a FULL STORE CREDIT. Refund is in form of store credit.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
