We Ship Everything FREE via ePacket. Eee One Stop Shop is NOT responsible for ePacket losing your package! We provide you with a tracking number via ePacket. You must follow up with ePacket if you wish to file a claim or inquire about a package.
If your package is delivered, but not anywhere in your area or mailbox. We cannot offer you a free replacement or refund. We can only offer you a 30% discount to purchase a new one.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please go to the post office for your exchange. Email us the Tracking number of return at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can rush you out another one without delay. We can NOT send you a replacement without a tracking number from the Post Office. The buyer is also responsible for all shipping expenses to ship the item back.

RETURNED TO SENDER or DISPOSED BY POST OFFICE
If your order was tagged as Returned to Sender / Disposed by Post Office by the courier due to incorrect address on your order form, we won’t be able to offer a Refund, only reshipment. It is your responsibility to double check the information on your order form.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
